JF-VLA-1, our production vision-language-action model, classifies, orients, and processes live inventory at full line speed. Trained on 400,000 hours of line footage and refined continuously against operational objectives, it makes roughly 1,900 decisions per unit with a mean decision latency of 11 milliseconds.
Nine facilities. One scheduler.
Our orchestration layer balances intake, line assignment, and throughput across the entire network in real time. Units flow to capacity the moment it exists; no line waits, and nothing waits on a line. Network-wide rebalancing decisions execute in under a second.
Our facilities run dark.
With no people on the floor, our facilities operate without lighting beyond what cameras require, and climate control is tuned to process-optimal ranges rather than occupant comfort. The result is a facility profile that consumes 28% less energy per unit than a conventional plant — and a working environment with nobody in it to protect.
The only limits left are physics.
Human processing lines are paced by human limits: reaction times, fatigue rules, and the regulatory line-speed caps that exist to protect workers. An autonomous line has no one to protect. Our line speeds are constrained only by physics and product quality — and our processing cost per unit is down 34% against our own 2024 baseline.
Traceable to the tray.
Every unit we ship is individually addressable from intake to shelf. Contracted retail and logistics partners integrate traceability and scheduling data against the same interfaces our own dashboards use.
